Effort and perseverance
Taking on such a tough job and creating a micro-enterprise in such a small town, in such a rural and remote environment, is not easy. For us it is an idyllic environment in which to live and work, but it is not the most advisable to turn an idea into an economically viable project. And it seems that, thanks to all of you, we are getting by.
This bakery was born, grows and moves forward thanks to the effort, perseverance and infinite capacity for work of its creator, who more than twenty years ago began the adventure of her muffins, now famous throughout the territory. The rest we just follow and push to help her maintain her dream.

Individual attitude and collective strength
We have a young, creative, well-rounded team, among which we highlight the desire to learn and continue growing. We like what we do and thus we try to transmit it in the final result of our products.

Protected Natural Area
We are in the middle of nature, 888 meters above sea level, which we can see from our workshop on the sunniest days. We work in a privileged environment, and that is why we like to integrate what this land gives us into our products.
